Pack 283 has been providing fun activities for the boys of Sugar Grove since 1969. We recruit boys from Berne Union Elementary but all boys ages 7-11 are welcome to join in the fun. Pack 283 is chartered by the Sugar Grove United Methodist Church and meets in its basement on the last Monday of every month at 7pm. Boys interested in joining Cub Scouts are encouraged to come and see what we're all about.
Who can join:
- Tiger Cubs: boys 7 years old OR in the first grade
- Wolf Cubs: boys 8 years old OR in the second grade
- Bear Cubs: boys 9 years old OR in the third grade
- Webelos Scouts: boys 10 or 11 OR in the fourth or fifth grades
